We do not currently offer booking, payment processing, review features or login accounts. Vendearly is not an event planner or intermediary. We do not represent, manage or contract with vendors listed on the platform.

Vendor details are curated and displayed based on publicly available information or vendor submissions. We aim for accuracy, but cannot guarantee completeness or ongoing availability.

Vendearly provides information "as is" and does not offer any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in vendor listings
• Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from user-vendor interactions
